What type of connection are you on?

 

What colour are the lights on your modem? If the light on the front of a Smart modem is blue, it means that your landline connection isn't working, that you are on the LTE backup and that it has been that way for some time and has been shaped to 256kbps.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
