Outlook 2000-2013 setting up an e-mail

My e-mail address does not work out side Telstras site i can't acess live.com or microsoft.com because Telstra changed my account from pop3 to imap mirgration from one to the other and set up an account for microsoft.com . Has any body got any answers it has been going on for 11 weeks

Having a look with the transfer you should still be able to access the website natively.

 

Have you spoken to our technical support  here: http://tel.st/gq6m (open 24x7) to have this looked into?
