Pending order preventing new nbn service.
Hi I cancelled my NBN service with Telstra over 2 weeks ago, I have signed up to a new provider however they can't activate my NBN service due to pending orders in the system Telstra says there are no pending orders, yet if I look in Telstra 24/7 there is a pending order. This is beyond a joke over 2 weeks without an NBN connection and it seems Telstra support are clueless. I have been unable to work from home and this is becominging a real issue for.me and my family I don't know what to do please help.
