Placed broadband order 2 weeks ago and no information.



Placed an order for home broadband 2 weeks ago and still have not received any information on the order, there's no record of my order number????


There's no telephone support and no chat only the virtual assistant which is useless.


Anyone tell me if there's an actual person I can talk to get this sorted out.
