Please advise my contract status NBN
My name is Ronda Sharpe, account number <removed to protect your privacy> and would like to know if I’m currently on a contract for my NBN internet services.
I have been trying constantly for a simple yes/no answer through all the online avenues including the app, Telstra.com phone and email and constantly being put in a loop to nowhere.
I have submitted a complaint and received an email that still did not give me a yes or no answer PLEASE HELP ME
AM I IM CURRENTLY ON A CONTRACT

This is a community forum, No one has access to your Telstra account, To give you a yes or no answer.
Try logging on to Telstra here.
Then click on your internet plan (should have your Big pond email address next to it)
Then it will tell you the details of your current Telstra plan.
So the advice I give is my own, In my own time, Guided by my own experience/knowledge.
Which I am always happy to be corrected on.
