Poor service tbox/telstra

Called Telstra 2hours 15mins we waited last night 6 operators still on hold. No resolution. Our tbox does not work, we don't even get free to air. It's clear weather. Internet slows as well. We have done everything 3 times over explaining, to every operator. Then doing same thing over disconnecting providing our router details and t box information. Over two hours on hold still no resolution. My family are visiting from the country and are laughing the telstra is just as bad 1 hour from Sydney cbd as it is in country nsw. It's like having dial up still. Mmm pay 200 bucks a month. For no service from telstra or its operators. Over two hours on hold? Yeah premium service- ombudsman is quicker!

Not the experience that we like to hear of at all and I do apologise that we have not been able to have this resolved for you when you have called the specialised team to have this investigated further Smiley Sad

 

It sounds like there is a serious issue with the device is even the free to air channels are not coming through Smiley Sad Was this device connected to a TV antenna so that the channels can connect correctly via the device?

 

Is there an error message that comes up when you are trying to tune in the channels?

 

What was advised by my colleagues when you were on the phone to them?
