3 phone calls to Telstra call centre they reply after 30+ min on the phone I will call you back at 3pm they never do I am trying to get NBN connected to my house they have sent me the modem and that is where it has stopped, is this call you back at 3pm a reply for when it gets to hard for them to solve a problem (3 calls 3 different people all with the same answer i will call you back at 3pm

If you are haveing no luck at all on the phone you can put a complaint in and they will asign somone to look at your problem and not close it until you are happy with the out come this is the link for you sounds like you are not getting the righ department and the run around https://say.telstra.com.au/customer/general/forms/Email-Complaint
