Poor service

Has anyone tried to call Telstra. I have several times and had little to no success. I have been referred to the message service and one inquiry took three days and I don’t know how many reps in the Philippines with the reps sending me messages at 1:30am Saturday morning and 3:25 on Sunday morning. For a communications company they aren’t communicating. I understand that areas are under lockdown but more jobs should be created in Australia where it is easier to work from home than in other countries. Is there a

number that will be answered by a human hopefully in Australia that can assist when you have a problem or question???

but this is the third one I seen complaining about getting through

Telstra customer 15+ yrs, I am not a Telstra employee and never have been

I have also been trying to reach them, like surely the customer service people can work at home right.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
