Just curious as to why this special offer is only available to new customers when Optus offers 40GB for $10 to existing ones?

You would need to ask the marketing gods that one.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Telstra has a long standing issue in giving the best deals to new customers, not their loyal customers.

It's been a chronic problem for many years, and they need a real customer retention ethos.

I would suspect it has something to do with the big T label..  they are not known for rewarding existing customers nor offering comparable pricing...  Smiley Frustrated

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
