printing from my telstra web-based email...?

Hello. I'm struggling printing emails from my Telstra web-based email account. I can print from other programmes/apps but when i try and print an email it only gives me the option of saving as a PDF. I know it sounds silly but I can't find the option or change the settings to print, like I used to. Does this make sense to anyone? Thanks

Which browser are you using. Near the top left hand side of the print dialogue box there is a drop down list of printers, By default Microsoft Print to PDF is selected. You should be able to select the printer connected to your PC before selecting print.
