Privacy breach

For the past 3.months Telstra have been emailing my bill to another person, this is a breach of my privacy. I spoke to them in Dec when the 2nd bill was sent to another email address which isn’t mine . They assured me that they sorted it out, only to find they have just done it again. I’m over Telstra and now considering finding another provider that is cheaper with internet service and won’t breach my privacy

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
