Protracted outage

Hi. Am experiencing a protracted internet outage in Regent Street, Brighton East Vic. Received message from Telstra on Thursday 1:09 pm that there would be an outage which was expected to be resolved by 03:01 on Friday 18 Dec, but outage has not been fixed. The Telstra outage website reports no outage at this address. Is anyone else in this area experiencing a protracted outage? Thank you.
