Purple light on Gateway, stuck in backup mode?

Hi all,

My DHCP wont connect and is stuck in backup mobile mode.

Tried to call Telstra 3 times and got hold music then a dropout.

 

any suugestions?

You could try contacting Telstra Support using the chat function in the Get Help section of the My Telstra on your mobile phone.
