The error message simply says "you have a technical issue" & the phone number for the bigpond movies help desk. Our hunch is it may be an issue with our credit card as we still have the $2 test fee pending. We can view the free movie perfectly so our speed is not an issue. The bank says the pending charges can stay unresolved for up to 10 days. We have called the help line some 6 times now. It really shouldn't be this difficult...
