I would be wary of any of the links in the email if I were you, especially if it asks you do go to a link and log in to reactivate your account - it could very well be someone other than Telstra/BigPond trying to get your account details.  Emails from Telstra/BigPond that ask you to log in should always take you to either a telstra.com or a bigpond.com site - make sure that when you click links from emails like this that you actually check the address that you get taken to.


To be sure you should probably call up the BigPond team (13 POND) and ask them directly about the status of your account rather than take action from that email you received.
