If the domain name was ordered with the original Biz Essentials order, you would have recieved some kind of email notifying you that the Domain name is ready or something along those lines.  Were you requested to provide an actual domain name when you placed the order to see if it was available?  If not then this could mean the Domain part of the order was not done.

 

Only thing I can suggest is to contact 1800 066 594 and see if they can point you in the right direction to getting the domain part set up.

 

The number is for Business Broadband support and these guys are able to help you with any Faults on your service, Even resend configuration advice or reset your Cust Data password if needed,  So hopefully they can also help with your Domain name enquiry.
