Welcome to Crowd Support 🙂 As you are advising that there is still a line within your home that is working then I would assume that the line into the bedroom is the primary line for the home. Therefore the best contact for you would be the building manager as if this is a second line within the home then this is what they would be responsible for fixing. -Dingo
