Re: Wrong cable internet plan installed on t-bundle and worst customer service ever

When it was released, Cable 3.0 was Ultimate. At the end of the day, someone incompetent (I blame the training teams, not the staff who are probably going on what their knowledge tells them) has made a mistake with training virtually all the staff who manage these issues.

 

Your next port of call is to call 13 22 00 and say the word "Complaints" (preferably during Business Hours) and ask them to change you to Ultimate, which is NOT Elite 3.0.

 

If you don't get any satisfaction or you keep being bounced around, the TIO (http://www.tio.com.au ) is the last resort Smiley Happy
