RE: wrong information, Speed tier 100/50

Signed up to NBN as was told speed 100/50.

Message from Telstra chat  "Premium is speed tier and we have it or $110 premium internet plan so that you can get 100/50 speed."

Rang 3 days later and they said, "just wait till they put up the speed"

Spoke yesterday now they tell they don't have that and I have 30 day satisfaction, so just

churn out and pay for modem. Well I don't want there modem, and I got false information

so why should I pay for there modem. Seems that there staff need a lot of training as there

is lots mismatched info going around.
