Reactivate account

My account was restricted and has now been reactivated. However, I still have no internet. I’ve phoned 3 times and they keep saying they will remove restrictions but still not working.

I have turned everything off and on again.

Sometimes there is a bit of a backup in the Telstra's systems.

 

Hopefully, it is working since you see this message (A reboot of the modem may be required).

My account was restricted after I paid. Now there's no 24-hour chat or even a phone number I can find anywhere. It's been 2 days now. And the Report Payment page crashes. Some delay.

I keep contacting them and they say it’s been done and should be back up in two hours. The. They advise I should try the app or online - which is exactly where I was when I was advised two hours. The automated phone system and all the other systems won’t allow me to advise of payment.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
