Recent NBN outage and 4G

We had an hour or two with no NBN this morning. During that time our modem connected to 4G. The 4G speed was about 0.26 D and 0.98 U. Clearly not a normal 4G speed. Two Telstra mobiles also had similar 4G speeds.

What is the point of having a backup speed of 0. anything? It was Insufficient to even load the Telstra outage page.

Service has resumed since.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Recent NBN outage and 4G

As you said all your devices had slow speeds, it's likely that there is/was an issue with the sector of the cell you're connected to.
