Record of internet outage
Hi, I was about to sit an exam (10 July) when my home internet cut out for around 30 minutes around 1:10pm, causing me to miss my exam. In order to apply for special consideration, I have to prove my internet cut out during the exam times. I think the outage may have been just my household as I couldn't find any report of an outage in my area. I'm trying to get in contact with Telstra to see if they can help, but it's proving difficult. In the mean time, I was wondering if there is some sort of logbook or record accessible from home that could show the internet went out at 1:10pm? My modem is Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 with voice backup (DJA0231). The internet came back after around 30 minutes of waiting after I reset the modem (so it's working fine now).
