Regular unavailability of ADSL/PPP connection before 10 am

Hi, for three out of the last four mornings, I've had no ADSL/PPP connectivity before 10am. Is there some maintenance happening regularly at this time? My postcode is 2614, and I live in the ACT. Once I have an ADSL/PPP connection (usually by 10:10 am), all is well.

I can't see any issues listed on the Service Status page for your area.

I also can't think of a reason why there would be issues until a certain time of day.

This is one I would certainly be looking into a bit more with tech support (133933).

Thank you.  I have now used live chat for advice.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
