Restoring Broadband speed after speaking with a consultant.

Hi. Just a quick one here.
I made a call to customer service earlier today and organised a payment plan to pay an overdue amount and get my internet and mobile restored as bandwidth has been choked back.
With assignments due and being a casual worker i need acess to all mediums.
Its been a few hours since and after speedtests on my PS4 and from speedtest website. The d/l rate is barely exceeding 10kbps and uprate barely 40kbps.
Is there a way to fast track or put priority as i need to submit assignment by tomorrow?

Generally they would process the request to have it returned to normal straight away, but it can take up to 24 hours... and to the best of my knowledge there is no way to prioritise the order.

All good. A consultant tried to expedite the order but i think once its requested. As you say. Nothing much can be done.
