A callback cannot be organised through Crowdsupport as nobody here has access to account information or Telstra systems.


You will need to either call 132200 and say "Disconnections" or send a message using Livechat or the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Yeah, tried both, still comes back to a link to message Telstra. Then once in message, was told that they are Sales and cant pass me on to other teams due to system limitation. Only way for me is call or go to a Telstra shop. Like a sending a dog to chase its tail!
