RIM an dbroadband

Hi

How can i find out if my connection has a pair gain in the RIM i am connected to?

How can i request for Telstra to remove me from the pair gain?

I am renting a house with a line where i do not need a home phone but i need a reasonable price broadband.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: RIM an dbroadband

G'day Janusz,

If this is something we could arrange, it would have been done when you placed an order for ADSL.

I'd suggest to have a look here https://register.bigpond.com/signup.do?execution=e1s1 to see what is available at your address

If Cable, NBN or Mobilebroadband is an option, I'd suggest to contact us via http://tel.st/49kl & we can arrange this for you.
