Salesforce Add-in does not work when on Telstra NBN

Hi All, I use Salesforce a fair bit and I am unable to use the Salesforce.com Add-In that is in my Outlook 365 when I am on my home Telstra NBN. It works perfectly when I hotspot off my Telstra mobile but I would prefer to be able to use the home internet. Thanks in advance if you have any suggestions that I could try. Cheers...Carl.

Suggest you try changing the DNS settings in the modem to bypass Telstra Broadband protect which could be blocking the connection. To change DNS log into the modem (http://192.168.0.1, password if asked is Telstra), go to Advanced > Local Network, select a DNS from drop down list and save settings. Repeat for IPv6 and then disconnect and reconnect your device.
