Service Installation - Technician Visit

Hi, I just had my NBN installed last week, (12 Months later than promised). Was originally told no cost, just remain on current plan and it would be migrated to NBN. First bill this month, $240 for technician Visit (1/2 hour) plus bundle plan was changed from $75 month to $90. House is 20 years with phone services all this time, brought my own TELSTRA modem with me (new version). Others in area no installation cost ??? am I being had???

Im still waiting for tech to come (over 6 months and 3 no shows) and ive been charged with the $240 twice

I cant help you with the extra charges or the lack of nbn turning up to connect you. apart from offering this link that may offer you some solutions when trying to get your $ back if it's out side of what the cis states.
