Skype for Business not working on NBN

I'm having terrible trouble getting SfB working properly over my home NBN connection. Sound quality on both ends is perfect and I can see video from the other side perfectly, however my video is always frozen or blank to the other side. 


I've done all the usual like reset the modem, my device, and spent days on the phone to Telstra support with no success. When I switch my device to 4G the video issue is resolved but it simply won't work on my NBN connection. I've done speed tests and my download is 93.5mbps and upload is 34mbps.


I'd really appreciate it if anyone can offer advice?
