I have just moved here to The Vines and the Internet is extremely slow and I cannot watch the Apps like yahoo 7 as it tells me there is poor internet connection.
I am am not impressed with the service by telstra as I have rung and also used your online contact and no body gets back to me.
the internet is so bloody slow it’s annoying.
I dont want to pay for a service I am not getting.
I have a telstra tv box connected to the system.

What type of connection are you on (Velocity, FTTN, FTTC)?
Can you post your modem connection stats so that we can see what is going on?

Every time i log in to use internet lately it is so slow its not funny. Thinking about taking drastic measures now so i can play.
