Slow Speed NBN

I am paying for unlimited & 100  speed why do I have to pay for this service for the past 2 weeks. I have not gotten constant speeds.I have Drop outs that last up to an hour.or slower than dial up at times.I have FTP am totally fed up .other ppl in the street are using Aussie broadband cheaper supplied & maintaining speed. Why Can Telstra not keep the speed constant

I'd try Smart Troubleshooting if you're having issues with your nbn service.
