Smart Modem with solid blue on online light

just got smart modem today and the internet access is not working. I can connect wifi but can not use any internet. Try to log in http://192.168.0.1 to do configuration but cant access.

Power and wifi are green. Signal is yellow, Link is green and online is blue colour.

1: What type of internet do you have?
2: Have you tired a factory reset of the Smart modem?

Just to confirm, you have checked the cables are fully in and connected correctly and connected in the right order on card. 

I don't know what a BLUE on line light means.

What do you get if you run 'ipconfig' ?
