Hi,
I am living in Calamvale Pines in Calamvale 4116,
After I applied for Internet connection, I was told that there is no available to use in my area after three weeks (Toooo late!!).
I am very very very disappointed because it is my first time to live in this area but no internet connection for my house.
I can not said other developing countries have a better quality of internet but at least most of areas in my countries have Internet connected and they are able to apply for the Internet successful without any excuse like 'no available port'??? this is the first reason that I have heard for no Internet connection in my area. It is ridiculous in such developed country without the Internet connect and it is 2014 and almost 2015. However, no Internet connection for me. So SAD~!!!

I would be pretty sure isn't that nobody cares.
Having Ports is good for both the customer and Telstra (or any provider), however at the same time, it is somewhat undertandable that with the NBN roll out being so unpredictable, that any company would be hesitant to spend a lot of money upgrading things which they are going to have made essentually useless at any time... especially as NBN co keep changing the way the are doing the roll out and when and all that stuff... it is all super unpredictable because of the NBN, has been since it was started....

Re: So SAD!! need help!! No available port to use in such a developed country??
No ports are annoying.
But at the same time, not many countries have the same coverage area to provide internet over.
