Status and internet lights are red

Can anyone help with this I have been on the phone to telstra for almost 3 hours still not fixed

What sort of internet service do you have and what equipment is installed - modem, NBN NTD etc. Make and model will help if you can find that - check labels on the front/rear/bottom. The more information you give, the easier it is to help you.

 

What troubleshooting have you done (either on your own or at Telstra request)?

Had to go to work so had to exited the support

Do you have a home phone connected? Does that work?

 

Have you power cycled the modem (power off/wait a couple of minutes/power on)?

 

Have you checked the Telstra Outages site https://outages.telstra.com/#/  to see if there are known issues in your area?
