I have been using the Telstra chat for last 3 whole days to convey that internet speed is not up to par. Just realised that either you have trained bots to respond with same thing again or having trained idiots who copy/paste same thing again and again. Now I understand how you are deceiving  the people to hide your problems. Well done Telstra. I have raised two different tickets and it’s unsolved for days and best thing is the Q/A from you guys are going in the loop.
