superfast Broadband

Woke up yesterday to find that I had been put on superfast Broadband with with speeds well over double premium speeds woke up this morning to find speeds had gone to super slow , no wonder telstra offers 6 months free superspeed. I did not ask for change of plan.

So was the superfast an error by Telstra? You didn't order it?

The drop in speed is probably them correcting the error..

Speed now returned to superfast. did not order it. fine if it keeps up fast speeds

Superfast is only good for some services, it is a bit erratic on others..

And if you didn't order it, it is a mistake somewhere in the Telstra system and probably won't stay there..
