How do I get someone to call me or make contact. I’m unable to call during the dedicated hours due to my work. And the automated message just hangs up on me regardless of what option I choose. My ADSL2 has been switched off somehow and I have spent the last month and a bit with the new system of messaging trying to fix it with no luck. How can I speak to someone over the phone to resolve the issue urgently out of hours?
