Telstra App 'Get Help'

The My Telstra App - Get Help support section is the worst customer service platform I have used.

I have been trying to outline an issue I have with a Kayo app subscription.

They do not reply to messages left and then disconnect.

Why can you no longer talk to a real person to have issues resolved.

Terrible service....a communications company that wont talk to their customers.....how ironic.

Optus wasn't great, but Telstra is much worse.

A change of supplier is needed I think.

You can speak to Telstra Support by phoning 132200.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
