Telstra Gateway Max - NBN says it’s connected through the modem backend but not allowing devices int
Hi team, we have a Telstra Gateway Max, the nbn recently went out. We have checked to see if it’s back up and it is. We went to check the internet and nothing. I have since factory reset the modem and nothing is working. In the modem interface it is saying “your cable service is working normally” but it’s not. Are there any additional changes I need to make in order for this to work?
