Telstra Mixed up my mailing address and NBN connection address. How can I get this rectified?
I received a call today from an NBN tech asking to confirm my appointment address and they told me telstra provided them with the wrong address (they provided my mailing address instead) so they can no longer make my appointment. None of the options online or through the app provide me with the functionality to alter an order and change the address
Has anyone faced this issue before? Or anyone have any ideas for rectifying this situation?
