I had been with Telstra from last 10 years. My Move order number is 1-2766243814649
I am following up from more than a month to get NBN connected.
- I have tried to call Telstra at least 5 times, each call lasting 1 hour of waiting and1.5 hour of discussions, all assurances nothing resolved.
- I even tried chatting in the App, people disappeared in the midway and whoever comes again starts the circle again (May I have your case number please)
- My old home address was supposed to be disconnected and moved to a new location. I receive the Bill for my old address and in MyTelstra app it shows that service was disconnected
It is forcing me to escalate further, how do i escalate the matter
