Telstra Pit either relocated or made trafficable request from council
Hi, my wife and I are in the process or getting plan approvals and working drawings for a new house we are building. we bought a lock that has recently been subdivided. this is the request from council "Telstra pit note – the existing crossover is proposed to extend over part the Telstra pit to the south. Provide an amended civil plan that denotes: ‘written permission to be sought from Telstra as to whether the pit needs to be relocated or made trafficable at the cost of the applicant’. This is to ensure infrastructure impacts are considered for altered access to the dwelling.
No ne from Telstra has been able to help when i call or even know what department to send me to. please help!
