Telstra Plus 40000 points

It is my understanding that new Premium Home Internet plan customers are rewarded with 40000 points towards their Telstra Plus account. My Telstra Plus account records 0 points.  Can anyone tell me if I have misunderstood the offer?

I have the same issue. I bought a Premium Speed - Velocity plan last month, and I noticed only 15,000 points has been added to my Telstra Plus account. I wonder if someone from Telstra can clarify to me when the remaining 25,000 points will be added to my account.

Hi Ali_Hassan.

So there have been some issues with our system that automatically applies the Telstra Points when you place an order. 

You should receive your points soon. If they have not been applied after that billing cycle, please get back in touch so we can investigate further.
