Telstra Velocity- Point Cook

My Internet has been down since 17:30 yesterday, I tried calling 1800 008 994 numerous of times only to be left on hold for hours on end. Tried getting help through support 24/7 chat they can't help either due to it being velocity. What is actually going on how can I get my internet up how do I escalate my case so that someone gets in touch with me on how to rectify it? I have rebooted numerous times now, i cannot even find my modem on my network and my LTE is also not working to provide me with 3G/4G. The modem works 100% it has a blue light on the front and all the rear lights are green bar the LTE which is orange but on the NTD box itself it shows a red light on fail. 

I need help asap regarding what is going on?
