speedtest at low peak times backs that comment up my DSL connection info on my router also matches this

i was having terrible connection problems before that was fixed now i am having problems again worse than ever there is no problem with my house and my wires i have checked that replaced components nothing works and now this is a peak time speed test the internet is near unusable with all the drop outs.

before after we worked out a fix i could get about 10-15mb at peak times now this i had to switch line settings to fast. with interleaving turned on i couldnt even get speeds this good the amount of clients just browsing the web was to much for 3mb.

there is a problem with the infrastructure in my area all the people i have spoken to suffer 2-10% packetloss at all times to servers in melbourne and live in various locations around town and are with different providers same story just telstra suffers with the horrible speeds and drop outs please look into it.

EDIT: Speed test to optus http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4594119879

Re: Terrible Internet speeds

Hey KingTr011,

If the service has dropped that much in speed, then it can indicate a fault on the service. Have you reported this fault again? I know you had a similar issue previously that we addressed, but if this has happened again, we need to investigate again.

Re: Terrible Internet speeds

Hi KingTr011

Take a look through the following links that provide more information about the line profiles and how they provide stability.

Choosing the "fast" option isn't always the best option.
