TerribleTerrible mbps on home internet
We have just moved house. NBN has been connected with Telstra. Gen2 modem will not show green light, only blue. Test shows mbps speed at 1 to 3 mbps instead of the Telstra average of 46mbps for our plan. Have done all troubleshooting....no change. Am now trying to contact Telstra in some way but keep getting cut off with phone and cant find online form. Woeful service and product...will be changing companies asap.

You are on the mobile backup at the moment. Hence the speeds (it is a maximum of 6/1Mbps).
Send a message via the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and someone will get back to you within a few hours/couple of days. You can mark the message as urgent by clicking on the icon at the top right of the message screen.
