The Telstra Velocity Team is not contactable.
I called Telstra Velocity on 1800008994 and ordered the new Velocity Internet Connection and the Telstra personal, Jack, said, it will be $110 per month and we accepted and he said the service will be activated on 14/01/2022, but it has not. We have not received any order confirmation and details of connection (password, etc). I asked what is going on since yesterday using Telstra App Chat. They keep saying I have to call the number 1800 008 99
during the business hour, but have been ringing them during the business hours, but nobody answers. So I asked help using the Telstra app and he said we will receive phone call from Velocity on 13/01/2022, but we did not receive any phone calls. And I asked again and he said we will receive the phone call today 14/01/2022, but we did not. Not at 8pm, so I believe we wont receive any phone calls today. I am not sure what we can do from here.

Hi @DonJonClarke, with Velocity services you will need to speak with them from that number but only during operating hours which are Monday-Friday: 08:00-20:00 EST for anything other than tech support, which is 24x7. Velocity is a niche service so only the dedicated support team will be able to help with this one.
