I just moved to a new house and I transfered the Internet connection to the new house, I plugged the router and completed the authentication process, the internet started to work, after 1 day the internet stopped and WAN light went off, how can I solve this issue and get the internet back, also the 4g is very very slow can't even use it, any help?

Re: The WAN light is off and there is no internet
What type of internet connection do you have (FTTN, FTTP, FTTC, FTTP, NBN HFC or ADSL)?
The 4G backup gets throttled if used for an extended period of time. The slow speed is probably due to 4G backup being throttled. The throttling can be removed by Telstra support.
