Thermomix Cookey
My Thermomix Cookey previously connected to my Telstra Smart Modem, but now no longer does. My doorbell which also connects on 2.4ghz is not working either. I have contacted support with nil solution
. Has anyone else experienced this?

Re: Thermomix Cookey
Can you still see the 2.4GHz network using your phone? It may be that the radio in the modem has died.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Re: Thermomix Cookey
When I first got my arcadyan modem my smart bulb, points and surveillance camera would not connect. This link shows how to set up separate static ip addresses and this solved the problem. https://www.telstra.com.au/platinum-technical-support/articles/static-ip
