How dare you charge me 130$ for this crap service

 

I got connected to nbn on monday and on speedtest.net they showed my average perfomance speed which was 18MBPS 

 

I was on the phone to your filipino employees who pretty much didn't know how to fix anything and only wasted my time. They then offered me to get telstra platinum to buy a subscription and get a speed boost

 

is this how you run a company? 

 

Embarrasing. Absolutely embarrasing.  

 

If my performance does not reach close 100 mbps soon

and is always at that speed or close to it. I will get a refund. 

I'm sick of this company taking the p!ss out of us customers and laughing at us whilst we have to speak to people in a different country that know they are wasting our time.

@westernbattler Paying for tier 100 doesn't automatically guarantee you maximum speed.

 

What NBN connection have you got, and can you post your full modem stats?

On a Premium Home Network Gateway, T-Gateway, Gateway Max, or Gateway Max 2

You're looking for line rates, power levels, attenuation etc

Are the tests being run over Ethernet or WiFi?
Are they being run during peak times (3PM-12AM)?
